Beautiful property! We had the pleasure of touring with Katie, who very obviously takes great pride in the community. Between the clubhouse, amenities, and the amazing features in the apartments, this place stands out from everyone else around! Would definitely recommend Artea to anyone who is looking to live in the area.

I was blown away at how awesome this property has come together! It is really exciting to have Corner and Main right where Historic Springfield starts. I was also super impressed with all of the rooms and amenities Mark showed me. This is a welcome addition to the neighborhood!

Flagler Crossing is a great place to live if you want to be close to everything in St. Augustine. It’s super convenient to Flagler College and downtown, which makes it easy to get around. The property is really well maintained and the amenities are beautiful. The pool area and common spaces are especially nice and give the whole community a very welcoming feel.

I’ve had such a great experience living here… [Beachline] has amazing amenities- it’s gated & secure, has a beautiful pool with plenty of comfy, lounging options, a 24/7 updated & well-kept gym, a car wash station, & even a dog spa for my little guy! They also have a variety of social & food options like yummy food trucks & themed community social events. My apartment itself is very nicely updated, spacious, & truly feels like home… I definitely recommend looking into Beachline to call home! 😊

Both Dolph and Tessa have been exceptional with prompt communication and going out of their way to personally answer any and all questions thoroughly, and make your transition a seamless one. This is an exceptionally well managed complex with top notch amenities. You won’t be disappointed.

Absolutely love living here !!! So beautiful and quiet. Convenient to everything. A lot of restaurants right here within walking distance. Highly recommend!

Beachline has it all; great location, real luxury amenities, gated and ample parking, 24-hour fitness (no excuses folks) a doggie park, car clean center and of course my favorite- the Latte machine in the clubhouse. More importantly than the gorgeous scenery, the office staff treats you with respect. Jordan was amazing and vital in getting me leased here.

I’m excited about my living at Avion Apartments its experience has exceeded my expectations. The staff is amazing and welcoming also very supportive I love it here
